Donald Tusk will recommend EU leaders offer Brexit extension

Donald Tusk, the President of the European Council, said he would be recommending to EU leaders that they grant a Brexit extension to Jan 31 – something the Boris Johnson said he could not accept.

Parliament sought the three-month delay after passing a law forcing the Prime Minister to seek the delay.
